2011 Review
December 2011
At the end of another successful year we are happy to look back at some highlights.
We have a new Partner, Paulo de Faria, leading project work from New York and a new Director, Jean Koeppel, taking charge of product work in the USA.
Eoin and Duncan are based in London but each spend time in New York and this year spoke at the 5th annual PSFK conference. We include a link to the talk here.
Project appointments include the Honolulu Rail Transit Project with Parsons Brinckerhoff and Eglinton West Light Rail Station in Toronto with HDR Corporation while in the UK we’ve worked for BAA in developing a new check-in concept for Heathrow Terminal 2A.
We have explored sustainable systems building concepts for a leading European retailer on Deloitte’s instruction and seen our BedPod healthcare concept enter NHS trials, moving a step closer to making improved patient dignity a reality.
Product work has focused this year on new lighting technology with both LED and OLED projects in progress and ready for launch at Light+Building 2012.
Next year – which will be our 20th in business - we hope to confirm new ventures in China and Brazil and continue to collaborate with outstanding partners in construction and manufacturing all over the world.
Happy New Year!
