Jerome is a Project Designer and is based in the London studio. He studied at the Architecture School of Normandy in France, qualifying as an architect in 1998. He has practiced in France and the UK in the commercial, residential and transport sectors and is BREEAM accredited.  Jerome joined Billings Jackson Design in 2010 to work on transport infrastructure schemes.
