The tile range for Florim was a product born out of the Billings Jackson Design Workshop process, which acts as a catalyst to bring new product ideas to the market. Together with interior designer Franco Novati and colour and finishes specialist Linda Barron of Barron Gould, Billings Jackson Design conceived a colour collection for Florim specifically aimed at architects for large scale building projects.

Florim holds its position as a worldwide leader in the ceramics industry in terms of turnover and market penetration thanks to its commitment to research and state-of-the-art technologies together with the foresight and involvement of its workers.

An increasing focus on materials in building has created an insatiable appetite for new alternatives. Porcelain, while one of mankind’s oldest products, has fascinating future potential. It is clean, has low energy production, zero porosity and zero post-production emissions and can simply be broken up and reused later. Its potential in building hints at a revolution in this ancient industry.
