Paul Leonard

Paul Leonard has a background in biochemical research. Having worked for Merck Ltd, he joined the Chemical Industries Association, becoming Head of Manufacturing, Research & Innovation. He has served on the government Foresight Panel for the chemicals sector, and was a member of the Chemistry Panel for the 2001 Research Assessment Exercise. He joined the Intellectual Property Institute in May 2000 as Director.
