
New Business Director for Billings Jackson Design

Co-founders Eoin Billings and Duncan Jackson are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Paul Leonard to manage the firm and oversee the development of the firm’s business worldwide.
Paul started his working life as a research biochemist in the field of ischaemic disease. Having moved to a commercial role with Merck Ltd, as a product manager for their speciality equipment business, he joined the Chemical Industries Association, becoming Head of Manufacturing, Research & Innovation. He has spent the past decade as Director of the IP Institute in London, the UK's leading independent research body for intellectual property law and practice.
Paul is a member of the Industrial Advisory Board at Bristol University; a member of the Board for the SCRIPT Centre (IT law) at Edinburgh University; an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys, and a Fellow of the RSA.
