Argus Movement Detector

The challenge of this commission was to create a clean and simple solution that set a new standard in outdoor movement detectors, without compromising basic function.

The result is the Argus 220 System, an intelligent, simple and elegant solution. It comprises three models - Basic, Connect and Timer, where Basic is an entry-level model with 110° or 220° area surveillance for large or small houses.

Connect is a more sophisticated, long range movement detector with integrated interfaces for radio and camera modules, reducing the need for cabling and allowing the user to connect groups of detectors together. With the radio-controlled module, several movement detectors can be networked or operated via remote control. With the camera module, videos are transmitted to a monitor via radio control. The images can be transmitted via the internet.

Timer is the most advanced detector in the range. It includes all of the features of Connect, but incorporates an ‘intelligent’ twilight timer that allows for the change in seasons.
