Niels is a junior designer at Billings Jackson and is based in London. He is studying Industrial Product Design at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Holland and is due to graduate in 2012.

As a practical part of his study he joined Billings Jackson as an intern in February 2009 to gain work experience in the field of product design. He worked on a wide range of projects including furniture, healthcare concepts, lighting design and cladding and worked with Sir Nicholas Grimshaw in developing a series of display cases for use at the Royal Academy of Arts. Niels then spent twelve months in Hong Kong working for Pointed International to increase his industry experience before returning to the Billings Jackson team in July 2011.
