Paulo is a Director in our New York office, where he brings his significant architectural experience to bear on project work.

Paulo joined us from Grimshaw where he was Associate, Project Manager and Project Architect on several schemes. With particular expertise in the transport infrastructure sector, Paulo has developed component design systems for Fulton Street Transit Center, EMPAC at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Coney Island Amphitheater and the Cemex Datacenter. He also has extensive experience in Brazil and will actively explore this and other South American markets for Billings Jackson.

Paulo has taught studios on the design of building systems at Cornell and the University of Maryland and is particularly interested in developing our portfolio of component based, prefabricated elements for the construction industry as well as comprehensive building systems for our growing client base.
