Tecton LED Wins Green Award

The Chicago Athenaeum and the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies have named Tecton LED one of 100 best international products in the 2014 GREEN GOOD DESIGN™ Awards.

GOOD DESIGN™was founded in Chicago in 1950 by Eero Saarinen, Charles and Ray Eames, and Edgar Kaufmann Jr to promote modern design. The GREEN GOOD DESIGN™ programme was launched in 2009 to recognise products that inspire a healthier and more sustainable world.

First designed by Billings Jackson in 2010 and launched in Europe, Tecton LED now has a UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certificate, meaning it is available to the North American market, and has China Compulsory Certification (CCC) so can also be sold and used in China making it a truly international product.
